Framework of communications, protest and artistic creations, the "Festival of Liberties" is the global expression of our permanent action of defence of rights, liberties and values of the universal democracy.
As political and cultural event, the festival proposes films, debates and conferences, concerts, theatrical performances and exhibitions to a large public.
Symbolically political observatory of the situation of the rights and liberties in the world, the festival is also a place of testimony and convergence of the democratic fights.
