Like many young Tuaregs, Moussa ag Kenya was a rebel, determined to liberate his people through armed combat. Injured during an attack, he decided to continue the fight for freedom and identity - Toumast - through music and lyrics. His life story reflects the recent history of the Tuareg people. A fragmented history, made up of suffering, wandering, revolts and injustices, but also of voyages, mutual support and hope.
