The documentary Forbidden Voices has been selected for another European festival which requires the International Premiere. We are sorry to inform that the producers asked us (1st October) to withdraw their film from our program.
Braving the risk of reprisals, three unusual women use the Internet to denounce abuses of power by their government and to advance democracy in their countries – Cuba, Iran and China. Every day, they pay a high price for their commitment. Based on their accounts, taken from their blogs and some striking secretly recorded images, this intense film charts their courageous struggle.
