"We have two lists here: one for the “wanted”, and one for the martyrs. (…) Each name removed from the “wanted” list corresponds automatically to a new name on the “martyrs” list. Names are always being taken off the “wanted” list…but the “martyr” list has never lost a name!” Omar Al-Khani, a young Syrian amateur video maker, caught up in the heat of bombings in Damascus in the summer of 2012, shares his experiences with courage and lucidity.
