At a time when gay and lesbian rights are progressing slowly but surely in the West, a devastating bill was under debate in Uganda: it called for the life imprisonment, and in some cases even the execution, of homosexuals.

While politicians and some journalists were openly calling for the heads of gays and lesbians, it was discovered that behind this bill were hidden a surprising number of American evangelist lobbying groups.  

Followed by a dialogue with Coordination Orientations Sexuelles et Identités de Genres d’Amnesty International Belgique Francophone.
