Following his latest album Racines, which will be released at the end of September, and to the greatest joy of his fans, Tiken Jah Fakoly will present his tribute to reggae music, his view on the encounter between Jamaica and Africa at the Festival des Libertés. Racines was recorded in Kingston's Tuff Gong Studio with Sly & Robbie, Mikey Chung, Robbie Lyn and in Bamako, the true lung of Mandinka sounds. "Racines pays tribute to great reggae classics that have followed me since I was a child," says Fakoly. It will be an original concert at the heart of reggae's roots.
