Compulsory austerity means that culture budgets are constantly being squeezed. With their insecure work status, artists face Kafkaesque procedures that do not recognize the creative sphere and translate into discriminatory cuts. This film is the voice of known and unsung artists and reveals the backstage of its cultural setting. Compared with the actions taken by occasional workers in France, why is the Belgian artist movement still so unassuming?
