In Palestine, even the cows are activists. During the first Intifada, a group of people from the small town of Beit Sahour decided to be free from Israeli dependence by creating their own dairy cooperative and bought 18 cows. This didn't bode well with the Israeli state, which saw them as a "threat to its security". The directors mix animation with interviews and reconstructions to tell this surreal story.
