Today, the question of freedom of speech has caused a stir and received considerable attention. What binds the clashes between freedom of speech and other principles, such as the right to reputation, respect for one another's convictions, right to privacy, equality principle, ban on racist remarks, etc.? Based on specific cases, what is the current regulatory framework and legal precedent? Which arbitration is conceivable for the many different rights and freedoms?
