As part of the current legal drafting and its misuse, the rights of authors are too often likened to the right to a free, equal access to culture. It would be time to recognise – in practice and in law – that this division is essentially the same for culture and creativity. We'll analyse new finance, recognition and cultural attribution, information and media models, which will be adapted to the modern digital age.
