On the web, a woman, Amina, who is defying the Syrian government, announces that she will demonstrate with her veil on to avoid being recognized, and that she is creating a blog “A Gay Girl in Damascus”. On the other side of the world, in Canada, another woman, Sandra, falls in love with her virtually. A passionate relationship begins, develops, becomes sexual; then tragedy strikes: Amina disappears. Action is required, but where to start looking?
