Anarchism is a flexible concept, whose core principle is the rejection of all domination. Born in the crucible of the first Industrial Revolution, cradle of revolutionary trade unionism, it has innovated in so many fields, including education, feminism and environmentalism. Sometimes, it has come close to making its utopias a reality, without ever quite succeeding. Relegated to the background by the Cold War, it was reborn during the anti-authoritarian wave of the 1960s. Does it represent an alternative for the future?
