How can the insecure classes be given power without losing their right to express themselves? As a counterpoint to the practices aimed at rallying people behind a cause, US community organizing methods champion organizational tactics where collective action and conflict enable the oppressed to build their own resistance strategies for their own problems. How could such strategies be mirrored here, and what would the pitfalls be?
