Despite a constantly-evolving legislative arsenal, the structure of multinationals is in essence opposed to the discipline that is the law - and the discipline that the law demands. It is time to go beyond the clichés to really understand the phenomenon, properly equip ourselves on the critical level, and think about checks and balances.
