Mobility in Brussels is often synonymous with chaos, and the city regularly makes media headlines for its traffic jams. With the R.E.R. (‘Regional Express Network’) still awaited and public sector investment in public transport dwindling, new private mobility services are emerging. Can these new solutions dethrone the private car as king of the road or will they only serve to add to the chaos? Or could salvation be found in the form of electric scooters?
