In a unique and exceptional manner, this film plunges us into the unknown world of a Belgian prison for underaged offenders. Behind closed doors in this detention centre, we encounter the so-called ‘dispossessed’ who no longer benefit from the ‘protection of youth’ and are treated as adults by default. With a fly-on-the-wall perspective, we experience a present confined in suspended animation as we mull over the inmates’ chequered pasts and uncertain futures.

Followed by a meeting with Éric D'Agostino(director), Madeleine Guyot (collaboratrice du Délégué général aux droits de l’enfant), Son Tran (directeur  du Centre Communautaire pour Mineurs Dessaisis) et Augustin (protagoniste du film).
