This year once again, choosing between so many high-quality films was a tall order!
One illuminating and highly topical documentary, however, stood out for the RTBF jury: "Bellingcat: Truth in a Post-Truth World." In an era where the problem of fake news is so frequently and forcefully highlighted, the eponymous grass-roots investigative journalism platform helps us continue to believe in our values of democracy and truth, so in the end the RTBF Prize jury’s decision was simple.
