Salvador Allende Prize
"Espero tua (Re)volta", Eliza Capai
The jury from the Centre Salvador Allende gave its prize to the documentary Espero tua (Re)volta by Eliza Capai. This film depicts young people who have taken action to prevent the end of public schools. A homage to the youth who believe passionately that education is a fundamental right and are rising up against the inaction of the political world, this choice of the jury evokes the current movement against climate change and underlines that there is no political change without significant social mobilisation.
