July 2017, Mosul is liberated, but left in ruins. Ghadeer, a young Iraqi journalist who fled to Brussels, decides to return home. There, he sets up Radio One FM, an independent radio station with no ties to any religions, communities or political parties, in an effort to restore peace in his country. This is the story, 20 years after the invasion of Iraq, of journalism in a country plagued by disillusionment.
