For several years, Cédric Gerbehaye crossed the street, like a neighbour, to film the lives of inmates and officers inside Forest and Saint-Gilles prisons in Brussels. His work is an intimate dance with time, a bewitching closeness, an authentic connection, which comes across through his imagery. Each snapshot tells a story of deep human connections and difficult truths.
