Formerly occupied or colonized countries are demanding the return of their cultural heritage. But what does this heritage really mean to the dispossessed peoples? Literary works have rekindled imaginations and led to concrete changes. It's time to create a dialogue between fictional narratives and real actions of those engaged in this great project of cultural redefinition.
