International circulation is free for some people and forbidden for others. This debate examines the immigration policy of Europe and Belgium and the perspectives in this area. The idea is to arrive at an immigration policy, adapted to the current world situation, which would allow people to regularly arrive in the country and avoid the dramas we all know today.

With: Marie Arena (Minister for Social Integration), Freddy Roosemont (Director General of the Aliens Office and representative of Annemie Turtelboom, Minister of Asylum Policy and Immigration), Emmanuel Terray (anthropologist and author of The world of foreigners in an irregular situation or on-site delocalisation)), Benoît Van Der Meerschen (President of the League of Human Rights).

In partnership with the League of Human Rights, in the scope of the campaign “10-20-60”.

On the same theme: Film "Barcelone ou la mort" (“Barcelona or Death”).
