Sixty years after Nuremberg, where is international justice? In Kosovo, in Uganda, in Iraq, in Rwanda or in Darfur; voices are raised so that the truth can be established, and so tyrants do not remain unpunished.  International justice rises again.  Created in 2002, the Hague International Criminal Court is recognized by one hundred countries.  The United States is still firmly opposed to it.
