For the first time in France, the main prison authority has allowed a film crew to follow its agents as they inspect the respect for basic rights in prisons, mental hospitals, police stations, etc. Interviews help illustrate the living conditions of the incarcerated men and women. And the hidden face of our democracies is revealed.
Followed by a Q&A session with the filmmaker and Mark Vanderveken (physician, Brussels prison monitoring committee).
