The concept of democracy is rooted in a history where facts and myths intermingle. Its multiple forms and applications both serve and subjugate the people, its initial driver. Grassroots activists in 2011 (G1000, Indignados, bloggers, etc.) discuss their practical and theoretical relationships with democracy: minimalist and maximalist conceptions, realistic or poetic, radical or consensual... It’s up to each and every one of us to reclaim the initial meaning of this driver of utopias, which has changed, and can still change, the world.
