In Bucharest, a group of homeless children live in the sewers. Their lives consist of theft, violence, drugs and prostitution. That is, until they participate in preparations for a Circus Parade organised by a school that offers them a warm meal, clean clothes and classes in exchange for a day's work. They are also given a video camera with which they can film each other in their underground lives by night.
