One hundred twenty children between the ages of eleven and fifteen are being held at a rehabilitation centre in the Urals for committing serious offences such as theft, rape and murder. Rather than regaining their freedom, they prefer to remain locked up. At the institution, they do not have to fight to survive in an uncertain future; rather, they can be what they are - children.
