In 1964, Texaco began business operations in the equatorial Amazon. Denying the very existence of the indigenous people who lived there and without the slightest precautions for petroleum waste management, the multinational corporation destroyed the ecosystem and caused an unprecedented health crisis. A court is now hearing the case, but the destruction continues... under the government's supervision!
