This film looks at the work of the International Criminal Court in its struggle to judge the perpetrators of war crimes and crimes against humanity. It observes the daily work of the team led by prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo and the difficulties they encounter due to the non-recognition of the Court's status by countries such as the United States, Israel and China.
