This film is an investigation into modern-day Peru and its growing social iniquities. It takes the audience on a moving journey to the capital city of Lima, through encounters with the population and the anonymous witnesses of its history, including a bar tender at a bar that is frequented by politicians, artisans, homeless children and their families.
